True to the double maturation of Aberlour in sherry and bourbon barrels, Aberlour 12 Year Old Non Chill-Filtered is the purest expression thanks to the fact that it does not go through a cold filtration process.
Its color is seductive, dark amber and slightly orange. The sherry is present in the glass with its aromas of plums, figs, fresh mint, while the bourbon is revealed through notes of vanilla and caramel. The flavors in the mouth return to the aromatic components, in a creamy texture enriched with hints of red fruit, honey, malt and oak. The ending ends with hints of chocolate and coffee.
