Description
This new Glencadam expression, in the Highland Single Malt Scotch Whiskey style, pays tribute to the relationship between the Scottish distillery and Sherry. Master distiller Robert Fleming seriously chose the best sherry casks from the old Glencadam warehouses to create it. Once matured in ex-bourbon barrels, it finishes its process in barrels that previously contained Sherry wine. The result is a rich and fruity expression, balanced with hints of raisins and sweet touches that come from maturation in the “oloroso-sherry” barrel.
