Description
Craigellachie 13 Years is one of the three whiskeys officially introduced to the market in 2014 by the Craigellachie distillery. Craigellachie single malt whiskey has been aged in ex-Bourbon barrels. It is a “non chillfiltered” whiskey that has not been treated with very low temperatures before bottling. It is sweet and fresh with notes of malted barley, apples and tangerine. It becomes more spicy due to the notes of cinnamon, tobacco and oak. With shades of smoke that become lighter. Exceptionally long finish, with fresh citrus notes and a pleasant and very light bitter tone.
